We stayed at this property for the Ironman TX event. If you are coming for this event, this is a GREAT location. Only about 7 minutes away from the race venue. For that purpose, I think this is a great value. However, the toilet was leaking, which we reported. Maintenance never came to look at it. There was also a leak under the sink which we didn't report, but thought they would come to fix the toilet and then we would let them know. It was good for the price at that time, But if you are going to stay there be aware that Breakfast is just snaks Oats pouches, bars, muffins and coffee; Internet too slow if you want faster internet you have to pay; House keeping is on request, I don’t know if they charge for it. Old furniture.
