We stayed at this property for the Ironman TX event. If you are coming for this event, this is a GREAT location. Only about 7 minutes away from the race venue. For that purpose, I think this is a great value. However, the toilet was leaking, which we reported. Maintenance never came to look at it. There was also a leak under the sink which we didn't report, but thought they would come to fix the toilet and then we would let them know.
