Afordable and convenient Comfortable room. Some problems with a noisy heater, a broken ironing board and not working stove top plate. In the positive side, maintenance came to check and repair as soon as I notified. Convenient location 10 min drive to The Woodlands center.

Nice hotel, and location. I have stayed a few nights, pleased with the room, and staff.

more than expected The stay was great. Room comfort was great and the staff plus manager were a plus. Best of best here. Great location just great

Affordable option in The Woodlands. When booking through Expedia, I chose option of new/refurbished room for just a little more, and room fit that description. There were other rooms I could see from outside that had not been refurbished, so apparent work in progress. Front desk very accommodating, even with temporary power out due to severe weather.

Sufficient for 1 night stay Had reserved a non-smoking room, but room was very musty smelling and had an aroma of stale smoke. That seems to happen quite often in motels that aren't 100% nonsmoking. Bed was pretty comfortable, and at least I had more than 2 pillows. It was okay for just having a place to stay overnight in the area.

Dirty sheets ruined my stay My sheets had terrible stains on them and the pillow cases were dirty. I called the desk and had the clerk to bring up fresh linen. Clearly housekeeping had to be aware of the stained sheets. The stains appeared to be dried blood which really made my skin crawl.
