pleasantly surprised having never stayed at an Extended Stay America, I didn't know the shape or how far I was from my meeting. it turned out I was only 5 minutes away and the traffic was not that difficult. should I need to meet again I will definitely book again.. it was clean with a small stove and fridge and the bed were comfortable

Good enough Everything was fine. It Served its purpose for a one night stay. Don't count on the breakfast though.

BOOKED A NONSMOKER GOT A SMOKER ,FOUND A PLASTIC GROCERY BAG COVERING THE SMOKE DETECTOR,VERY VERY UNSAFE PRACTICE. ROOM 147
Afordable and convenient Comfortable room. Some problems with a noisy heater, a broken ironing board and not working stove top plate. In the positive side, maintenance came to check and repair as soon as I notified. Convenient location 10 min drive to The Woodlands center.

Dirty sheets ruined my stay My sheets had terrible stains on them and the pillow cases were dirty. I called the desk and had the clerk to bring up fresh linen. Clearly housekeeping had to be aware of the stained sheets. The stains appeared to be dried blood which really made my skin crawl.
Nice hotel, and location. I have stayed a few nights, pleased with the room, and staff.
