Nice stay I had no issues with this hotel, when I needed to add two more nights to my stay, they referred me to call corporate because it was out of their hands due to it being Superbowl wknd and quickly I was accommodated.

Nice hotel for the price This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price.we just wanted a clean and comfortable room to stay in Houston westchase with a reasonable price and this hotel was just like what we wanted.Downsides are the unavailability of daily housekeeping,unavailability of safe in rooms, and the lack of hot breakfast(hotel provides simple grab n go breakfast coffee and cereal bars).overall the hotel was clean and recently renovated.

Perfect, only more than a week. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful, great room, and easy access to mains streets. No breakfast, only coffee. But, they only clean the room if you stay more than a week, and only 2 times at week.

Watch for bugs Customer service was great, but the actual room had roaches and no toilet paper. House keeping could do a better job. Also the free breakfast is more like free snacks. (I.e muffins and breakfast bars) Overall the entire experience was satisfactory.

Great location really great rate The young lady at the desk greeted me with a smile I believe her name was Brandi. Extremely professional and speedy with my check in. Hotel was clean, safe, and close to many amenities.
