Best option The hotel is in an excellent location, easily accessible through highways...closer to restaurants and businesses...room service is provided only once a week, you would have to pay more to get it done more frequently...overall condition of room was good...bed was comfy (creaked a little bit)...exactly as advertised...I had a good experience will definitely recommend it for short stays

Affordable hotel for the $$$ I was very pleased with our hotel experience. The check in process took a few minutes, the staff was very helpful and pleasant at all times. We were there for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and I was a little hesitant because of the distance but once we figured out the drive it was fine and took within 20 minutes to get to Reliant Center. Fishy Hallways The hotel is inexpensive and granted each room has cooking facilities but I did not like the smell of fried fish wafting through the hallways. The odor was strong and remained in the hotel the whole time I was there which was one night. It was so strong that I decided not to book a stay there on my next monthly trip to Houston.

Great stay The hotel was easy to find around alot of food places, staff was great, checkin was great and easy, the room was extremely comfortable I recommend this hotel.

It was very confortable. The service was very efficient y pleasent. I had no problem whatsoever staying in this hotel which I would recomend anytime.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I liked be here. It is in a good neighborhood, close to places (consulate, lawyers office) I needed to go; surrounded by restaurants. It was clean and peaceful.

In need of updates... This hotel is around ten years old now, and while the staff and service is as good as it ever was, the furniture is starting to get a little run down and is due for replacement. Little things like missing laminate edges, broken buttons on the alarm clock, that sort of thing. Aside from that minor issue, everything was clean and crisp, bedding was fresh, and service was swift and accurate.

UNHAPPY THE ONLINE PICTURES MADE THE HOTEL SEEM NICER THAN IT WAS. THE ROOM WAS VERY UNSATISFACTORY AN MADE ME NOT WANT TO USE THIS SEVICE AGAIN! CARPETS WERE STAINED AND THE COMFORTER WAS BURNT WITH CIGARETTE HOLES. UNACCEPTABLE IN MY BOOK.
