They denied my room at first they were saying it wasent paid for , he ripped the papers of the reservation he was getting loud with me , then they lied and aaid there was ni rooms left , he had me waiting dor over an hour and wasent answering the phone when expedia was trying to reach him

No kind of help to do a welfare check on my room. I ask the front desk to do a wellfare check on my room 224 today 08/11/2025 around 11am to 1p I called the front desk to be transferred to my room 3 times no answer, the front desk clerk told me he was to busy to go do a wellfare check and my wife phone was dead, I had to call the police to do a wellfare check. This property was horrible. It was homeless people outside sitting around, dirty and smelled like smoke. They couldn’t find my reservation either and had to opt for a single bed when I booked a double. The guy helping was nice and I received a refund but never again!
