First time reviewing a hotel... I have stayed at a lot of hotels - but this was the first time that I had to leave a hotel. It was filthy. There were bugs on my bed, walls, towels and ceiling. When I called the front desk - she said she did not know what I should do and that there we no other rooms available. I said - should I stand on the bed and kill them - she said yes. This is a nice clean hotel close to my business needs. It is also close to attractions. A little noisy if you want to sleep in the daytime. But that is true of any hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights, had to go each day to front desk with towels I used to get clean ones. My room was not cleaned by housekeeping during my stay.

Will not return Desk clerk told us upon arrival that we probably couldn’t use the gym equipment because last person that tried to couldn’t get the door open. When we tried to take our two grandchildren to the pool, the pool was so filthy we didn’t let them get in. And when Husband went to get coffee in the morning no one had made any. He waited but others left to get it somewhere else. Room older but was clean. Was also told no veteran discount.
