As some one who has worked at an Extended Stay, I would think the front office staff could have been friendlier. They are the first impression people will have when they visit. A smile is always a nice way to start. The room was clean and it was quiet, so that part was great!

Hotel was okay. Could use some upgrades. Most of the hotel staff I met seemed friendly and were helpful but the hotel could use some upgrades. The doors to the main entrance need to be fixed. They seem to overlap so you try to open one and however the other door catches it. Should be replaced with sliding doors to make it easier when using the cart for luggage. Front desk clerk was very nice upon check in and when we asked to change rooms because of a couple cleaning issues in the first room. A small credit was supposed to be given to our credit card due to inconvenience but has not

Friendly staff I arrived very late (1:00 a.m.) because of a delayed flight. Staff was very friendly and helpful signing me in.

Ghetto Apparently, Indianapolis has two Extended Stays in the same area. We arrival at the wrong one but the manager was night enough to give us exceptional directions to one further up the street. My boyfriend and I pulled up to correct one and met by a female front desk clerk. She was not friendly towards me at all. She was looked me up and down like I was nothing.
