Great room; wifi is awful The room itself was really nice. It had a kitchen with a full fridge and freezer. The only problem I had was the wifi. I couldn't watch my videos for an online course I'm taking because they wouldn't load. I had to use my phone as a hotspot to get through it. Youtube and Facebook worked fine, so if you don't need anything more than that, you should have no problems. Literally everything else was perfectly pleasant.

I forgot my medication in the refrigerator when I checked out. Maid service found the medication, reported it to the front desk. I received a call informing me of my forgotten medication. The hotel held my medication, in their refrigerator, until I could return to pick it up 2 days later. Great customer service!

When we first got there the elevator was not working. We had people with walking disabilities in our group. There is no ice machine in the hotel. So I had to go to the hotel next-door to get ice. There’s also no ATM machine in the hotel so I had to go to the hotel next-door to use their ATM

Keep looking elsewhere if you have the money Didn't realize it was the weekend of Indy 500, booking a business trip ending in Indy, so was a little confused by the lack of choices. Chose what seemed like a reasonable place, but then realized they had a second extended stay like 3 blocks away, presuming so that they can tear this one down/renovate, it's time. Not going to say it was the worst hotel ever, but it is reaching the end of it's lifespan, TV was in rough shape, bed would pop out of frame, etc. Does it work for a che... read more
