Go Ms. Lisa !!! Please be there when I come back. I was lucky enough to have interactions with Ms. Lisa. Ms. Lisa is a doll, very accommodating and professional. She had a no nonsense style about her with an authentic "let's get you what you need right away" professionalism . She's also the kind of gal that you can tell if someone disrespects her or anyone on her staff or a guest staying there, she would nip in the bud in 2 minutes. Shower never got hot even though the bathroom sink faucet got very hot. It advertised a “breakfast”, but they didn’t have brewed decaf and they only had packaged muffins and granola bars to “take with”. The price was competitive but the Drury Hotel down the road had a lot more to offer for a slightly higher price. But this place was “OK”!!

It was clean, spacious and safe. The parking and location was great. We were not aware of how the housekeeping was set up.

Had to move bed to plug in light and found dried up pizza and trash on floor under bed. Surfaces were not clean. The breakfast available was just granola bars and packaged muffins. Friendly staff at check-in,
