You need Handicap accessible automatic doors at the entrance. The room smelled horrendous. Had to leave the windows open with the air conditioner and bathroom exhaust fan running the entire stay. Unable to change rooms as sold out and it was too late to look for other accommodations. Will not return.

Unpleasant all around The staff was tolerable at best. Interior and furniture clearly haven't undergone any changes in several decades and there was an unpleasant smell through out the building

My granddaughter had recently had surgery on her face/teeth and needed ice for her face. They had no ice machine and had no ice tray in the fridge so I called and she said they have no ice and when I told her we had no ice tray she said she would get one (that was on the hotel phone). She never came so I tried calling on the hotel phone again several times and she never answered. So I called on cell phone and she answered right away and again said she would find an ice tray. Dated and dinged up furniture. Handicapped shower dingy and not needed. Very drab and unappealing. Not a good value for the price.

Rude staff. Room was not ready until 530. Not very We got there at 4 o’clock. Only one of our rooms was ready. Even though when I made reservations and call the morning of I asked for rooms next to each other. They put us in one room and about 530 I check to see if our other room was ready. They ended up having to put us on another floor in two different rooms a few doors away from each other. Needs work. Stains on the toilet seat that the cleaning crew had not cleaned, no ice machine only in room ice cube trays and someone decided to deep fry in their room that night so the whole 3rd floor smelled like a fish fry.
