old, outdated. Appliances were outdated, no hangers in closet
There were drink spills and clumps of fur/hair on the floor of the elevator, and they remained there for hours even after informing the front desk. Also there didn't seem to be enough front desk staff to accommodate the incoming guests. There was a long line several times during the weekend.
The heat didn’t work, the staff was extremely rude, the breakfast they offered was a choice of 3 granola bars. Wasn’t happy with stay at all.
