The first morning we were there, a woman dressed in what looked like a white chef's coat, literally unlocked our door and tried to enter our room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank GOD we had the bar lock on so that they were not able to come in. And clearly, by the smell of it, our bathroom was used as a smoking facility for someone! It was HORRENDOUS and the odor was absorbed into everything including the towels. Air conditioner in room didn't work properly, terribly hot room. Parking lot is little, nighttime parking miserable, no drive up area to register. Basically no breakfast, only tiny packaged muffins offered. Seriously? Coffee good, bed comfort good.

Staff unbelievable. Not helpful or eag3er to help No dishes, silverware, glasses, etc in kitc hen no ice unless you make your own, therefore nothing until the next day. Very disappointing

Disgusting This hotel has changed over the years. It is a motel. You must go to the front desk to exchange your towels and receive toiletries everyday. Housekeeping does not clean your room unless you are staying for more than 7 nights. You are required to pay for housekeeping if you want your room cleaned. Someone was smoking on our floor in the hallway and the only thing management did was open the window.

Night clerk was rude. There muat be no insulation in the hotel at all. Everything can be heard from people walking in steps to the staff smoking outside to people walking down the halls.

The room was not very clean and the staff were there and not there. Lobby is small and uninviting
