I didnt like one thing about the hotel. I had to change rooms because my tv didnt work .i had to go down and pick up my cook ware the the staff was supposed to have brought up . No ice machine. Just a really bad experience

Rusty, old, strained appliances in bathroom and kitchen. Lumpy mattress.

No one was ever at the desk, no amenities, needs renovated and cost is too expensive for this crappy property

I booked this hotel for my parents who are mid 70s. I was not there with them. My dad speaks and understands simple English conversation. My mom called me for help translating, and I overheard that the reservation desk yelling at my parents that my parents don’t speak English. She refused to to talk me over the phone at first. When I was able to talk to her, I told her that’s not how they should be treated. She said she does not want to argue, no apologies or nothing for yelling at my parents . Location was dirty. Hard to see out the windows of the room they were so filthy. TV was non HD and offered perhaps 12 stations (you could pay additional for Dish). Frig in room was so noisy I had to turn off. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and prepackaged muffins. No hair dryer in the bathroom (haven't seen that in probably 20 years). No counter space in bathroom at all. Asked for another pillow from desk, told they don't have any. Need I go on? This was a terrible facility and I will NEVER stay there again!
