Anybody home? Arrived around 7pm from airport. Note at registration said "Out for a minute. Press 0 on phone at left." Tried that. Phone rang and rang. Second try 10 min later, same results. 10 min later, another guest comes in, says "He's away doing something call again and listen." Did that. Phone rang at the desk, and in the next room. "He forgot to take his portable phone again. No telling when he'll be back." (Apparently, he goes off to do the laundry.) Suggested I go shopping at the nearby WalMart. Returned 45 min late... read more

Thanks for the help but... Ordered a deluxe room back in Early March and when we got to the hotel at 1045pm, the clerk told us there were no more deluxe rooms available. However, the manager arranged for my family and I to have two separate queen size rooms. It's late and my daughters are already tired so we accepted as is, my wife and daughters would stay in one rom and I in the other. I thanked the clerk. Compliant Very disappointed - the hotel didn't have an elevator and my mom is confined to a wheelchair. No one told me this when I made the reservations - very very disappointed. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Simply Unacceptable It took 45 min. to get checked in. Housekeeping wanted to make photo copy of DL and CC for someone else to actually check me into room. Unacceptable.

Don't stay here. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1 to find a cleaner, more comfortable hotel. Most upsetting was the fact that the wifi was down for 6 hours. I was assured throughout that entire period that it would just be 20 minutes more. I was left on hold for 30 minutes. Told I'd get a call back from the people who were responsible for the wifi but no call ever came. The kitchen had nothing in it...took about 30 minutes to go to the desk, wait for dishes, cups, silverware, pans etc. Trash can had garbage... read more

Overnighter The hotel was under a major remodel which I didn't know about. I could overlook that but the staff didn't tell us the room number just said second door on left. It was actually the second door on the right. He was also kind of rude when discussing the no smoking policy. The room had no info on places to eat or things to do. We asked for a room with a pull out but had no sheets pillows or blankets for the pull out.

WORST PLACE TO STAY IN THE UNITED STATES I booked a room, took a Uber out there which cost me $25, got there the entrance had construction going on and no welcoming entrance. The front door was being held open by a metal folding chair. I told the receptionist that I had a reservation she was HIGH off of Meth or something and said this was her first night, so she didn't know what to do because all of the rooms were booked.
