Dishonest My reservation was made and paid for on 4/21. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that because we did not check in on time, our room was given to someone else. When it was pointed out that the room was paid for and should have been held for us, we were told that hotel staff changed our status to "no show". I'll never stay here again. Booked a deluxe room with a pull-out sofa. When I checked in, I was told they sold out of deluxe rooms so I was placed in a standard room with no sofa. Mattress was hard as a rock. The shower had no pressure, the water trickled out of the shower head. Heard every step my upstairs neighbor took. The only good thing about it was the large work surface/dining area.

No room service. Left room for the day and when returned room not cleaned. Nothing said at booking of reservation or at check in that room would not be cleaned. Kids playing in hallway and slamming doors most of the evening. Someone igniting fireworks in parking lot.

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was in her pajamas and wrapped in a blanket. The sofa bed had a dirty towel, hair and rubber bands closed in it and there was hair in and around the toilet.

Below average standards This hotel has basic accommodations. Along with awful odors throughout the hallways and room. The furniture and beds were below standard and outdated. It had a grab and go breakfast, less than appetizing. The front desk gal was very kind. I wanted a low rate and I received what comes with that.

Great location, dirty room! The sheets on the pull-out couch had disgusting stains. I was too tired to even try to consult either the front desk, just made a mental note to not ever visit this hotel again! We will be in Indianapolis for the next 3 weekends and will NOT be staying here
