No sleep The bed and pillows were not good. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were to flat and uncomfortable when using two. My room was right outside the lobby area. Where I had to ask night staff each night to turn the tv down after midnight. Will never stay at any of your locations again. Got very little sleep my whole trip. Not the way to go for me going forward. Lastly the floor in the kitchen was sticky and needed to be cleaned again as well. Not good.

What breakfast? Biggest issue was we picked this for breakfast and the offering for breakfast was a granola bar. The bed was comfortable. Bring your own pillows. The ones here are flat. The noise was pretty bad outside our door due to being at the top of the stairs.

Gee didn't even stay and the front lobby worker would not refund my money even though it had been 3 minutes and he said it would take 30 minutes or more to get the room ready and I had a medical condition and in pain and couldn't make it home. I called the next day and the actual manager approved my refund but the way I was treated was unacceptable.

Save you money and go elsewhere Sheets were disgusting Management is a disgrace They charged me for the same night 3different times and then got upset because I said something to them about it. I asked for a smoking room and instead of telling me all rooms were non smoking they put me in the basement told me I was ok down there gen charged me for smoking in the room.NEVER again

Worst hotel ever! It was the worst hotel ever... hallway stinks like smoke and the rooms smell like people smoke on it. Manager was a rude guy. Rude and was not helpful... we ask him for quaters to wash clothes and he was rude saying that he was not a change machine. Wont book thru Hotels.com anymore. I will start using expedia from now on, they will recommend me better rooms in the future. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were stained

Awful Had not been properly cleaned. People yelling at one another from one window to next. Fold out beds usually aren't great but this one was terrible. Stay somewhere else.
