Adequate Hotel There was no one at the front desk upon check-in. Had to call for someone to come. The check-in was fine and basic information was given. We were not told there would be no housekeeping service for our room during our three night stay. We would have been more conservative with the towels. There was also no place to put our suitcases except on the kitchen counter and the desk/table but there was empty space where another piece of furniture or luggage racks could be added. Would not stay here again My husband and I checked in here very late one night (had pre-booked on Expedia). I called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late, there was someone on site to check us in. Our room had a musty odor, it looked like the carpets had recently been shampooed but probably didn't dry quickly, thus the odor. The toilet was visibly dirty with a ring at the water line. Rude and inconsiderate staff After this reservation was made ,I call the hotel to be sure I could check in between 10am and noon. I spoke with someone at the desk and was told it'doesn't be possible. I drove for more than 10 Hrs to get there and needed to check in to shower , changed to go to a conference. I couldn't and basically the girl at the reception was saying that was not her problem. The facility doors do not lock and my door in my room the first room the border of the door was broken and you can enter without a key the security door on the outside was broken and they had a lot of prostitution going on

Be kind to yourself and go somewhere else Kind of dumpy. Hotel staff were incredibly nice, but the place is beyond die for an upgrade. My toilet had been glued back together, the blankets were thin and itchy, the fridge was loud, the tv signal was all snowy, and the ceilings were so thin that when the psycho upstairs started endlessly pacing at 3am, I was woken and didn't fall back to sleep.

Dirt Box The first room was filthy with animal hair all over the carpet that should have been replaced years ago. I requested a differe room and it was a bit better, but my experience left a lot to be desired. If it was not after midnight I would have gone to another place.

Dirty Rooms I was tired and as soon as I got to my room I fell asleep. I woke up at midnight and went into the bathroom, the toilet bowl top had urine stains on it, the shower was filthy and kinda black looking. I turned on the light in the room and noticed trash on the floor, it was obvious that the room was not properly cleaned. I've stayed at hotels all over the world and I put this one in the top 5 as the worst and dirtiest.
