Maintenance Could Be Better There were maintenance issues. The ceiling light was out and my feet kept sticking to the floor in the entry way portion of the room. When I went to put something in the drawer there was a used towel and toothbrush left in there. The cleaning person obviously hadn't checked in there. Also the tiled walls in the shower had specks on dirt that needed to be cleaned. I was only there for one night and I was alone, so I didn't make a fuss about it. It is old, smelled stale, i was put what i felt like in the dungeon, and my feet were filthy back from walking on the floor!!!

Never Again I have stayed at Extended Stays before and they have been really nice, but this location is so run down I almost canceled and booked at the Motel 6 across the street and I hate Motels. I actually bought cleaning supplies to clean the tub before my kids and I showered. Most of the hotels rates skyrocketed due to races in Indianapolis but I should've just paid the extra money and stayed at one of those places. Oh and the breakfast included is actually granola bars and fruit.

I couldn't stay because they over booked I pay the reservation in advance, when we got there they didn't have available rooms and they didn't do anything

Not impressed I expected much more for $140/night. Room needed a lot of work. Mattress was quite hard. Carpet was dingy. Bathroom sink was cracked and there was mold around the bathroom faucet. Will not stay here again. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Sadly, the entire hotel needs a substantial renovation.

Tear this hotel down now! We have traveled with our 2 small dogs before and stayed in pet friendly hotels. Apparently, at this hotel, pet friendly means the rooms are kennels. Actually worse than a kennel. Everything was worn, dirty, broken. The smell of fresh cigarette smoke permeated the room the entire time we were there, even though the room proudly displayed a non-smoking room sign. Go elsewhere. I travel frequently for youth sports trips. Stayed here in a queen suite with sofa bed. No pillows, blankets or sheets on sofa bed. Read a sign about how the kitchen would be equipped with dishes, etc. no dishes. One dish cloth that was stained. No soap, etc. Dirty floors, sink, bath tub, cabinets. Bed was freezing because it was in a hole with the a/c blowing directly ok it. Rest of room was sweltering hot. Had to open a window. Unapologetic staff.
