Not do good. No problem at check in or out. Problem was the weekend front desk crew. There is actually no breakfast as advertised. Had to ask for more toilet paper and tissue. Given open box of tissue and a big sign as if it was a bother. Phone did not work and excessive noise in the parking lot prompted a call from my cell phone to front desk. Another attitude problem. Also no cleaning crew over the weekend and it must have been a bother for the guy at the front desk to make coffee. Overall would not use them again.

Cleanliness Optional The recent renovations of the hotel were really nice; however, in the recent updates the pool was filled in but this was not noted on the website. The original room provided to me was filthy with mud and dirt throughout and had to be changed out for another room that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for to be cleaned all after check-in. Not what I expected. We reserved a room for myself, husband and 2 kids. We received a room that was prepared for 1-2 people. We only had enough towels for 2 people, no bedding or pillows for the pull out bed. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in recently this was the lowest quality. The breakfast was small muffins, granola bars or instant oatmeal (rather disappointing), ice machine did not work in our room, elevator was out of order, there is NO POOL and the dogs in the hotel barked pretty regularly. Cheap for a reason The one good thing is they let us check in at 8:30 am. That was nice do to driving all night. The rest of the stay was not that great. There was no and I mean absolutely no maid service. There wasn't any ice or vending machines. There was kids running up and down the halls all night long. Last but not least is the breakfast was oatmeal packets and granola bars.
