Not for caring adults!! Unless you’re on spring break and need a place to crash after drinking all day and night, PLEASE do not stay here!

Don't stay at this hotel. Hotel is poorly maintained and "Breakfast Grab and Go" is non existent. First morning the excuse was the manager forgot to order it. Second morning was that the truck did not show up? Truck for some packaged breakfast bars? You have to be kidding. Could not find a clerk to even talk to. No one at front desk.

Needs help First of all there is no breakfast. The staff was lazy and unprofessional. I needed towels and was told where they were and had to get them myself.

I waited on the front desk for about 20 minutes called the phone while waiting and was hung up twice, horrible place I make sure I do not choose extendes stay. There is no ice machine

Blah Our first assigned room reeked of cigarette smoke. Unsure what communication broke down since this is a no smoking hotel. Second room provided quickly and with apology! A bit expensive for the quality, have to request equipment for room, including coffee maker.

You get what you pay for. The bathroom smelled like a skunk and the door to the bathroom was merely a sliding plastic door. My kids refused to take a bath. There were appliances but they were very old. They could do a better job of matching the number of towels to the number of guests on the itinerary. The continental breakfast was sugary granola bars and packaged muffins and was not worth getting.

DISFUNTIONAL COMPANY The hotel, which didn't do anything to help the situation wasn't at fault as much Hotel.com. Booked a room that was available online, and received a guaranteed confirmation, we get to hotel and have them tell me they are booked. I mentioned I have paid and got a confirmation to their reply, "don't know why it did that" . Ended up not staying, and on the phone for the better part of an hour with hotel.com rep, to have them say... We cant find you anything. Close to Ortho Indy Hospital is the only plus We stayed at this "hotel" because it was next to Ortho Indy Hospital. After all day at the hospital, we picked up supper & checked in. We had never stayed in an ESA before so maybe I was naive as to what to expect. The front double doors were not automatic making it difficult to maneuver the luggage cart in both doors. Don't stay here if you want to sleep Paper thin walls. We heard stomping upstairs past midnight and the TV in the next room blasting at 3am. As we were getting up for a marathon in the morning, we were very frustrated at the noise levels.
