Hotel overall smelled very bad. Dirty floors, garbage trash closets filled and smelled. Poor maintenance... breakfest consisted of packaged chocolate muffins and coffee. Nice people, but a rough clientel. Not going to stay at an Extended Stay again. Most guests looked like they were evicted from apartments and were just staying there temporarily.

👎 Most horrible stay I’ve ever had. Bedding was horrible. Saw roaches in the room. Won’t ever go here again.

Horrible stay Hotel room had a horrible smell when I advised the front desk I was told all the rooms had a smell was then showed another room 205 smell was just as bad. Not to mention no one was ever at the front desk was left standing there for over 10 minutes every time I came down to complain. Poor service I am currently waiting to speak to the hotel manager Room 321 was horrible almost couldn’t sleep but had no other choice DO NOT STAY HERE

Poor house keeping nasty rooms!! Housekeeping blows here ,sheets were stained and nasty there was 2 bags garbage left under the sink the toilet had pooh stains from previous occupant very dirty and will never stay there again if it was not for the fact that it was midnight when i checked in i would have left and went to a different place

I made the reservation. Made the payment, and they gave me a confirmation number then didn't take payment. Almost left me and my 1 yr old daughter in the cold in Indianapolis.

It was very hard to find even with google maps. Had to call for directions Went inside and was greeted with swear words Finally the front office staff came wearing a T-shirt not the uniform or office attire Then I was informed there was no cable I decided this wasn’t the best place for me to stay so I didn’t check in I left

Cockroaches on the walls. Sweat stained and moldy mattresses (I have pictures). Stained chairs and filthy carpets. We left immediately.

Disappointing Satellite TV was broken. No glassware and kitchen had no plates, silverware etc. Ice maker broken.
