Terribly understaffed. Checked into the hotel with my son and the staff was arguing and cursing up a storm. Wasn’t told that the satellite tv was out upon checking in. It was out our entire trip. Asked about a room credit for it and was denied. Our bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and our toilet did not flush properly. When I called down to the front desk I was told I could come get a plunger after explaining it wasn’t a matter of a clog. It took 45 minutes to check in as their computer was going through an audit and they couldn't check us in until that was done. The hallways smelled like smoke. The vending machine did not have any water.

The property was a disappointment. The bed was uncomfortable and the customer service was poor. We booked 4 rooms for a week and everyone in our party was uncomfortable and unhappy. I would never stay again.

We stay for 3 days there and had no maid service, it was a surprise to us. Room smelled as the AC unit most likely needed to be cleaned.
