NIce hotel. It was clean, staff is excellent. The only thing was the pool was closed!!!!

HOTEL OVER-BOOKS; DON'T TAKE A CHANCE! A Group of 12 traveling the Natchez Trace Parkway booked this hotel back in January. When we arrived at the hotel on 5/26/18 they informed us that two of the couples did not have a room because they over-booked and there is nothing they can do for us. I called Corporate office and spoke to Jeff that seemed to be helping us. Grandson's Graduation we did not encounter any problems. Breakfast was so limited I would not call it a breakfast. Hot coffee was nice.

Awful policies, overbooks On January 15 my hisband and myself along with 5 other couples booked rooms at this hotel for a Memorial Weekend trip. Over 5 months in advance. We showed up to check in and the first couple didnt have a room. When they asked if there were any open they qere told no they were already overbooked. They went to call the company they booked through while the rest of us checked in.
