StudioPlus- Jackson-Ridgeland was very please with the customer service at the front. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The rate was excellent too. Overall this hotel felt like home away from home.

Nice stay for cheap price My stay at the hotel was great. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Only thing i would change is more tv channels.

I had a bad experience at this place The place sucked. We checked in the 4th of July and the young lady working was not assigned to this particular hotel so she gave us an unserviceable room, so I went to confront her and she said that she didnt know becasue she usually doesnt work here. I said there is nothing in the system or the computer program that lets you know what rooms are unserviceable. The water in the tub drains slow so you better take a quick shower or your going to be standing in a puddle.

Horrible Experience...bitterness of a cheap price We drove up to a greeting of people hanging out on the tailgates of trucks in the parking lot. Walked into the front door and was greeted by the smell of stale smoke. The "front desk greeter" acted like we were interupting a smoke break greeting me by "holler'in" across the cramped little office with a steel desk and a computer. Kinda creepy. The uncaring associate got my information and programed a key card telling me that I could use the side entrance. Now it is hot & humid... read more

Continuing education courses I was so impressed at the friendly, happy atmosphere. I felt safe and at home the week of my stay. I will not only recommend your hotel, but I will be booking other reservations with you. Thank you for such a nice, relaxing visit.
