Where to begin,the back entry door wasn't locked,we simply walked in.Door to our hotel room was shaky and not secure.Whenever someone close their door from across the hall,my door would move.we were told we had to pay for housekeeping,no clean linen or towels were given after a 3day stay.The pillows were cheap and the sheet ,I mean comforter/Duvet was so thin. The hallway and room had an stuffy smell.The building needs to be updated and remodeled.I would never stay there again

Felt very unsafe in this hotel. Where do I start. Room stink like urine. A/c did not work had to be moved to a different room. It stunk like urine also, no door on the closet, the a/c unit leaked all over the carpet so walked through wet carpet, a guy was urinating in the trash can in the hall. Breakfast what breakfast? No drinks and had a choice of a prepackaged muffin a piece of fruit ( would have been afraid to eat it), or a granola bar. Would not recommend at all. Never felt so unsafe

Disgraceful This place was a joke. Evev the hallways reeked of smoke as did our "non-smoking" room. Don't know how many guests were there, but, breakfast was one muffin for all of us!

I traveled a very far distance to stay at this hotel. I called in advanced and informed the staff that I was going to require a late check-in. I tried for an hour and a half to get someone to the office with know success. After departing, I called Hotels.com and they were able to reach someone only after I checked into another hotel.

Never again. There is no elevator. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. After carrying my luggage up 3 flights, the room was not ready for a guest. The fixtures in the tub had been removed. I had to go back down 3 flights of stairs, with my luggage, to let them know. They gave me a room on the 2nd floor. I go up the stairs with my luggage, just to find that this room was also not ready for a guest. It was being worked on. So I had to go BACK down the stairs, WITH my luggage, to get a 3rd room. make over. The night shift had very bad attitude. but the morning shift tried to make me comfortable. the hotel needs a make over bad.

Bad Room was not clean when we walked inn we had to leave and wait to have the room clean looked like someone had just got out of bed and the lady at the front desk was very rude to me and other guest I was about to call some that day to report her

its affordable but hardly memorable or anything commendable.

Bad Could not get the room they said it was for the next night an not the night I want it an they couldn't give me a room so I had to go to another hotel .
