Terrible reception employee I travelled from Delaware, a 7 and a half hour car ride, my spouse and I booked this hotel on our way. Our hotel room was booked for one night. Check in that day (9/8) was technically 3pm, and checkout was the following day (9/9) at 11am. We didn't arrive in NC until 4am, 9/9, we were exhausted. We couldn't get into the hotel without buzzing someone because of "after hours". A very rude woman answered and stated she would "be right down." good price easy to find Quincy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly to all the customers
Nice area, close to beach, lots of shops &eateries check-in was easy and checkout was a little rough but it was possible. during my stay my sheets were not changed more were my towels changed and i had to go out my way to go downstairs and switch them. upon changing my bed i realized there were multiple stains. overall it still was a pleasant experience, during my stay i was unbothered and overall i would recommend this place and i would stay here again. Staff was nice. You have to basically pay for wifi. The free wifi sucks. They could do better on the cleanliness.

Parfait hôtel d'étape lors d'un road trip. Propre, plutôt calme malgré la proximité de la I95. Tout ce que l'on attend de ce type d'hôtel. Point très positif : grande piscine bien aménagée et Outlet de l'autre côté du boulevard accessible à pied.
Extremely Satisfied! Very nice hotel and great customer service! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Jacksonville!
