Check in was great, the room was fair untill it was time to go to sleep. NO TOP SHEET, The fitted sheet was wrinkled as if someone had just gotten out of it. It was a fitted sheet, no mattress pad and a nasty blanket on top with another bed spread. I called the front desk about it, she brought clean sheets right away and had to get to the desk. I booked two beds, they gave me one with a sofa bed the mattress was very old and of very poor quality you could feel the wires besides it didn't have sheets. It was a disaster, I didn't sleep at all, all night we listened to the steps of the other level.

Horrible Customer Service I booked this hotel. When I arrived I was told by the unfriendly lady at the desk that they have no room available. Didn’t even try to look up my name or anything.
