Wonderful customer service
There are about 8 hotels within feet of each other here. This extended stay is a great stay at a great price. Staff is friendly which is always great.
good job been coming here 6 years never a big complaint
not So ok The bed had a stain on the mattress cover not sure what it was but that should have never been put on a bed!!! When I went to the desk I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk!! The young clerk took a photo of my photo and said she’s talk to her mgr. I passed her in the hallway I asked her if she spoke to her mgr said I was going to get 20%?tajen off still hasn’t happened I think I should get more of a discount it was gross
