No breakfast and front desk lady was rude. Rooms are dated

It met my basic needs There were no utensils in the kitchen The smell of smoke was my biggest peeve Overall it was fairly clean. I wish they had cleaned the laundry room more regularly throughout the day. The staff were very kind. Many people actually live there because they have no credit they can’t rent apartments. They need a stricter smoking enforcement.

Good if last choice Affordable and decently updated rooms. The beds are not comfortable and the room smelled like Marijuana upon arrival.
