I love the fact that DERA, at the front desk had exceptional customer service. She went out her way and beyond to make sure I was happy. DERA was so nice and understanding she made me wanna come back and stay again for no apparent reason. I just want someone to recognize DERA, customer service skills, and let her know she made my day and I will be coming back in the future. Thanks again DERA you’re the BEST! Keep making us happy. The property was well maintained and was very clean . However the front desk employee was very rude when it came to checking in it was to the point that if I would of had enough time to book another place to stay I would of .
