Nasty. Smelled of marijuana. 20-30 people drinking outside by the side entrance to the hotel. Definitely wasn’t a safe feeling for my kids and wife.

Our two nights at the Extended Stay were a disappointment. The rooms do not come equipped with things for the kitchen, so you have to go ask for individual things to use (like plates, pans, silverware, etc) and there isn't even a sponge to wash dishes. The included breakfast was basically nothing -- just a few packets of grits or oatmeal and coffee. We were told that the workers who get up at 6am basically take everything, and that their supplies were completely out for the weekend, they didn't even have sugar for the coffee... read more

The sheets and/or mattress smelled of body odor. Towels too. Otherwise ok

It experience could have been better. The hotel should provide cleaning supplies or provide cleaning service every other day. They only clean the rooms every seven days. For me, that means they only clean after my stay. I did not like that.

Staff in duty didn’t really know what to do. No one at the front desk, guests had to wait like 15 minutes to get someone at the front to desk to help them. No room service, staff needs to be better trained to be able to do the job.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I have never been to a hotel that was so horrible. The room was not clean, the sheets had hair on them, the floors were sticky and gross. The staff was rude and lacked an ounce of customer service or care. We were asked to bring down our dirty towels and sheets ourselves in order to get new, clean ones. No housekeeping was available unless you ware staying for 7 or more days; and on a daily thier was only 1 housekeeping staff member. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel for free, I’m sorry. I’ve never experienced such a hotel in my entire life. Starting with the staff. I called down to the lobby to simply to ask for towels and blankets. The lobby attendant had a terrible attitude and kept yelling at me to come get them from the lobby. Almost as if I should know that there is no housekeeping at a hotel. Yes, I said that right, she said there is no housekeeping available unless you’re staying for a week. In order to get clean towels, I have to bring the dirty one... read more
