Never got the room I booked a month prior. 1 bed less. Had to cancel my stay as Expedia could't solve the problem. Hotel receptionist was useless and really couldn't be bothered to stop talking to their friend on head set. Reception area was like a war zone. Really disappointed.

Trash cans full with trash on ground at front door, people in hallway smoking weed, prostitution, car broke into.

3 rooms in 1 night Apparently, they allow people to smoke in the rooms.

Horrible experience My husband and I planned a trip to Jacksonville. Check in...first room smelled like roach spray, carpet was dirty, blood was noted on sheets. Second room request made. Second room ants and visible roaches noted on sink, counter top, and rim of bathroom tub was filthy. Request for money back. We went to Fairfield Inn Marriott's.

It was a place to sleep but...... So, the place was ok....one desk clerk who was overwhelmed(nice guy) but 40 minutes to check in...totally unacceptable...my biggest grip is the fact that they don’t clean your room...when we checked out, the girl at the desk said that room cleaning is an additional cost! I’ve stayed hundreds of nights in hotels and have never heard that lol! So for that reason, I would never stay there or any of their properties again, that’s just unsanitary...we made the best of it since it was only two nig... read more

Horrible location, a lot of people hanging in parking lot. Does not feel safe. Rooms smell and old. Had a domestic violence incident occur in room next door. I stepped in to stop a female from being beaten. Called the police, the guy went to jail. Overall horrible experience. Would not recommend anyone stay here ever. Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced.

Cheap stay- You get what you pay for The front desk was empty upon arrival. I waited about 2-3 minutes for the clerk to come from the back room to greet me. He wasn’t pleasant at all and didn’t communicate well. I received my room keys and went to rest after a long day of traveling and there was a wad of hair in the shower! Being that you literally just have to run the water for the hair to go down the drain, yet the wad was there, tells me that there was no attempt to clean the shower after the last guest.
