Very disappointed (It was all my fault cuase I didn't express my roon viewing with the staff)Well I never stayed at an extended stay and it was horrible but I sucked it up. There was hair all over the bed pillow and in the tub bugs crawling around I was completely disgusted with my stay there.

too many.extra charges they charge for parking and getting your room cleaned...i thought that's what the housekeepers were there to do everyday

If there is nothing else Hotel is very basic. The room was not Clean an you would hope Breakfast consisted of generic oatmeal packs and stale individually wrapped bulk muffins Area is very schetchy

Very Disappointed I ended up not staying. I arrived at 5:30 to find they gave my room away. All they had left was a room with a single bed. There is no way my teenage daughter and I could share a single bed. I was furious. I don't know if I'll book through Hotels.com again. I will certainly never go back to that hotel. never had this happen before but I don't travel much so I don't know if this is common. Why bother with a reservation if they don't have a room for you.

They had just painted room and the fumes were bad. Uncomfortable beds, depressing ambiance, a "grab and go breakfast" means you grab a generic muffin. This place should be very cheap to warrant the quality.

Never again It took almost 45 min yo check in because of their systems. Plus you have to pay to park at the hotel. I was very upset with the fact I paid over $100 plus parking for a full size bed. Plus the shower head was not screwed on properly had water all over the bathroom. Also the room comes with a mini kitchen with no dishes. Front desk did not say a word about calling to request dishes for kitchen use. I was not happy with my stay
