Immediately upon entering my room I could smell mold. It was only in the kitchen area, though. The air conditioner did not work, either. So the room never dropped below 74. It's a shame because I have stayed here before for work and never had an issue. But this was a real mess this time.

No cleaning service for four days?! I couldn't even get a soap or a new towel! Terrible services. Can't go back again

Hotel was full of bugs! The hotel had roaches crawling on the counter tops an bath tubs, we had to pat more money after booking through Expedia that wasn't disclosed to us. plus parking. office staff was nice however the hotel was dirty.

The room had Roaches crawling. Had a bad smell. Had to pay extra for parking. Overall the staff was nice.

Roaches I only stayed at this hotel two nights and on both mornings I found a roach on the kitchen floor. The hotel advertises a continental breakfast which turned out to be some prepackaged muffin tops and pre-packaged oatmeal and coffee. Housekeeping only makes your bed if you stay for over a week. The kitchen is a refrigerator and two burner stove top with a microwave, that's it. If you want plates cooking utensils cups or anything else you have to go to the front desk and ask for them.
