Location was convenient and staff was very friendly but walls are paper thin and there seems to be a lot of night time activity at this hotel.

The staff was excellent. Extremely accommodating, courteous and helpful! We have stayed there the last two trips to Juneau and intend to always have it as our number one preference. We have recommended it to friends and family .

Very near to airport(walk in distance), very near Donna's resturant, very clean and nice hotel.
Getting old. Room smelled of old fried food but was clean

The lady at check-in was excellent. I think her name was Morgan. She could tell we were stressed because we had been sitting at the airport for several hours until they finally cancelled all flights due to weather. She took care of us!
