was really nice being so close to the airport since we had a rather early flight out, that being said there was not a lot of outside noise from the planes taking off which made it more enjoyable.

Close to airport and bus stops It is a good choice if car rental is not available

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for making it to the airport for an early morning flight.

Best and friendliest front desk experience Our plane was unable to land at our destination so we were stuck in Juneau for the night unexpectedly. When we checked in, we chatted with the front desk clerk and felt welcomed instantly. She gave us great service and even went above and beyond by helping us get whole milk for our baby that we were traveling with. We couldn't thank her enough for the kindness she showed our family.

Good location. Clean but had a wet moldy carpet smell, and pool and jacuzzi were out of service:(
