It was clean, staff is friendly, location was great
Hotel was ok, lacked basic breakfast amenities. Linens were small, thin and rough. Definitely need an upgrade. Bed and bathroom were fine. Could use some help to feel more comfortable for long-term stays.
The location was great as it is right next to airport. But there were cars in parking lot that were covered with tarps. There was a dog allowed in hotel that barked and woke me. And there is no coffee pot in room.
Renovation Hotel is doing an upgrade, so once done will be amazing! Staff was great!
Location is great for an overnight between flights otherwise just a 2.5 star place.
Convenient location near the Juneau airport
Very close proximity to the airport which allow for a quick return to the airport.
I didn’t care for the questionable people. 4 to be exact hanging out in front of hotel. Clear they were not customers. I also noticed a couple of abandoned vehicles with garbage in parking lot. Not a good impression
