I loved the excellent service provided by Johnny and the other front-desk people. I appreciated the proximity to the airport- yet it was very private and quiet the night I stayed. I feel everybody went out of their way to be helpful, which I especially appreciated since I had missed my flight and hadn’t planned on a stay in Juneau. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Need better staff for front desk. Some of the staff were just really rude had no manners or respect or they always had an attitude. Mainly just the ones that work front desk.

The problem was visible mold in the bathroom and on outside of building. Wish there had been option to buy snacks.

Carpet in room needs replaced, stained and sticky!! Part of room vinyl floor clean and nice. kitchen and dishes clean. no take out breakfast as other hotels are doing during. staff thoughtful and helpful with needs. Dogs were allowed, occasional barking.

Convenient to airport Very convenient to the Juneau Airport. I booked going from Cordova to Prince of Wales Island/Ketchikan and also for my return. Staff are friendly and helpful. No continental breakfast though because of Covid 19. Travel has been overall effected by the Coronavirus. I know everyone has been effected by this. Thank you for the late check out as I just traveled through Juneau. The top of the door was damaged and made it hard to open the door all the way.
