My mom stayed there while we had company visit and she was very impressed with all the help she got.
Front entry key card lock was glitchy for entering main door. Sometimes it worked and Sometimes it didn't
Comfortable, convenient stay. Great hotel staff! The staff are incredibly helpful and personable. Our headboard was not secured to the wall which they said is intentional. It fell off the wall towards the end of the stay and we were physically unable to fix it. Staff said this is a common occurrence. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay! The dumpsters are locked which is a little odd but staff encourage you to set your garbage out and they'll take it. Asking for linens can occur any time of day and staff are super kind... read more
