A bit over and above the price. Not real fancy, but for the dollars you usually find way more dirt, less accommodating staff etc. etc. The room was 95% on clean, the staff was 100% on friendly/ helpful and the shuttle bombed us all around town shopping, out for dinner, and were as chatty as you wanted them to be while riding around.

Juneau Visit Staff Friendly, Offered credit on room fees when we checked out early. (No fault of theirs - our plans changed). Beds needed vacuumed underneath. Found stray sock, salt container, popcorn under them. Tile & laminate floors need the gunk scrubbed out of the corners. Kitchen area clean.
Up's and Down's Very close to airport 5 min walking distance, not really a breakfast, I will definitely service the pool and specially Jacuzzi it had sand in the bottom of it other than that is just fine
Quick, easy, and comfortable Enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to and from the airport. Donna's restaurant was within walking distance too. Big, comfortable room with all the amenities. Great place to stay
Convenience for travel to medical appointments I will never stay anywhere again - wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - feeling of security (convenient parking in well lit areas - convenience of travel for medical appointments & shopping - very quiet and clean - upgraded room at no extra cost - on site laundry, pool and exercise room. Jessica and Lyndzy were so helpful and friendly !!!! Thank you all!

Happy camper Walking distance from the airport. Handy diner around the corner. Comfortable rooms. Only negative is poor breakfast, but adequate.

Good Value This hotel was clean, but the breakfast was VERY lacking. Only oatmeal and a muffen were the options. Other then this, it was a great hotel and stay, very clean and nice.
Not Sorry Pretty standard room for an Extended Stay. Extremely close to the airport. They didn't have a driver for their shuttle to downtown and didn't seem too sorry about it and had no alternative ideas as to how to get there, so maybe that is a regular occurrence. Which is pretty terrible as it is far away from anything that isn't the airport or another hotel.
This hotel was conveniently-located across the airport parking lot and next to Donna's restaurant. The hotel had accommodated our early check-in and late check-out request. I would definitely book here again in the future.
