convenient Located across from the airport so the walk to the hotel is about as far as a larger airport's parking garage. This was great when we flew in late and left early the next morning. Night clerk was a bit sassy but not rude. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great Secret We found ourselves in Skagway without a hotel.This is a great find, very clean and very quiet! Who would have known in such a small town?

We got stuck in Juneau because all flights to Skagway were canceled due to weather. We booked the hotel because of its convenient location to the airport. When we got in Jessica at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and provided a lot of helpful information. Our room was clean and comfortable and had we known we would have packed our swim suites to warm up after a day spent in Juneaus rain.

great service and walking distance to the airport! We were very happy to stay there. Very friendly staff and the shuttle bus provided the transportation close to the Mendenhall Glacier also to the downtown!! Even though we had to leave the hotel by 5 am, the hotel staff gave us some light breakfast to go!!

great service Jessica and Stick were helpful and provided great service. The location is walking dist. to/from the airport, but not near town. Courtesy van service is available for both airport and downtown, but the last downtown run returns a bit late (for us), the room was ready early,clean and comfortable. Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but other guests enjoyed them. Basic continental bkfst. was fine and ready on time for the early risers. Great option When travelling, having a kitchenette is vital for me. I've stayed in Extended Stays across the nation and this one was one of the cleanest. The bed was firm which was a nice change. The staff was friendly and the location was just what we needed (walking distance to the airport.) If I make it back to Juneau, I'd definitely stay here again.

They let us check in early which we were very thankful for however they did not have soap for laundry or shampoo. We didn't utilize the kitchen but pans were missing. Lids were there.
