Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable Had quite a bit of trouble with the Wi-fi in our room but it worked well in the lobby and the dining room downstairs. The staff were all friendly and warm and the room was wonderful - comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, lots of blankets. It was very, very quiet and super comfortable. The "breakfast" was, sadly, revolting.

Great airport hotel. Best hotel pool in Juneau Hot tub jets broken again. Apparently recurrent problem.

Perfect hotel if need to be close to airport Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Jaime at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Close to airport Though the hotel was "next" to the airport, there was no noise. Juneau is a small airport so it was fine. The bed was comfortable, the amenities adequate. I did have a problem with the refrigerator motor getting a bit noisy at times and it was hard to sleep at times, but I finally got used to it. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Handy location...good price our stay was fine. Nothing over the top great about it. One must remember that with Extended stay a cost saving is no maid service.

I'm Not Happy The hotel did a Great Job resolving the problem. The rooms we received were acceptable other than putting up with rooms that have been smoked in. The problem I requested 2 room, each room to have 2 beds to accommodate 4 adult males. Construction males are a lot like solitary loving Alaskan Bears - they do not share nests. The reservation was made for 2 rooms with a king in each room - not good. As I said the Hotel Manager was helpful and arranged 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. Extended Stay at Juneau International Airport Easy place to find if you are arriving at Juneau International Airport, just walk out the airport and its one of the first things you see when you look across the car park. Its probably one of the more expensive Extended Stay places. The room was about standard, it could have benefited by a slightly larger desk and a stove and a less noisy refrigerator which woke me several times each night.
