Bed was not made, fire alarm keep going off and very dull/not comfy pillows

U happy Room was very well used needs an update,dresser was all nicked up,counted was missing front edge, pillows were old , house keeping did not restock bathroom needs, i felt the $ 100.00 deposit was un called for,wifi was bad,they wanted me to pay for upgrade, questionable people lingering around out side, lack of anything in breakfast area is uncalled for, will never stay there again, i go to KC a lot

I did not like the fact that you had to take the cover off the toilet in order to push the button to flush the toilet, also found some bugs in the room.
