Not at all fancy, but check in was easy and room was clean. For the price (which was extremely inexpensive with my Expedia points), it was a great deal.

Customer service was good but the room had a very bad odor.

We stayed 3 nights and room service didn’t come at all. We had to ask for new towels. Other then that it was great

The advertised breakfast turns out to be a "grab and go" one, with the only choices being bagged instant oatmeal (plain), a few protein bars, one cannister of coffee, and hot water. The room had a dead beetle on the middle of the floor, and did not look like it was recently cleaned. Half a roll of toilet paper, no coffee maker in the room, and the pop machine was out of order. The place was a good cheap place to sleep, but did not meet other expectations.
