Average, ok for short stay Loved having the kitchen area, wasn't furnished however.. You had to ask for what you needed. Bed was extremely firm and needed additional pillows. Loved having it cool already when we arrived and getting a courtesy call after check in was a nice touch. Hairdryer in the bathroom sparked and burned up but was able to get a new one from the front desk. The bathroom shower faucet dripped very loudly continuously which was somewhat annoying to listen to in the night so we just kept the bathroom door cl... read more

Cheap and Mediocre The staff was smoking cigarettes out front when we arrived. The Desk clerk asked if we were checking in, we said,"Yes." To which she responded, "Good evening, be there in a minute.: We had two rooms. The way the clerk ran the paperwork at check-in required us to wait and fill in duplicate paperwork and two CC charges, one for each room. There wasn't a coffee pots in either room.

Kansas City for Work I had a great stay at this hotel. I was in town for work for several days. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Fine when you get a good deal We arrived at 2:00am so we missed out on getting free shuttle service from the airport, but the reception desk employee was helpful despite probably being woken up. We used the shuttle service when checking out. The breakfast provided only items with a long shelf life (packaged muffins and granola bars, non-dairy creamer) but I was glad they offered instant oatmeal for a slightly healthier option.
