Stay in Tiffany Springs, MO A very short overnight stay. Only issue was the noise made by the refrigerator. Was so noisy that I unplugged the refrigerator.

Clean Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. Close enough to town, but not right in the middle.

Good for the Price The room is small, but fairly clean. I prefer a bathroom door instead of a pocket door. They need to clean out the drawers. I don't like seeing hair, etc from other people if I go to use a drawer in the bathroom or kitchen area. They have bowls, etc, but you have to ask for them. No coffeemaker in the room, so you need to go to the common area when you just wake up (if you are like me) to get your coffee. Breakfast consists of coffee, instant oatmeal and muffins. Next to home Check in was so easy. The rep was very warming. I'll definitely return.

The only positive is the location. Although the hotel claims to be renovated recently, the rooms I have seen have not been touched at least since 20 years. The newest item was the TV, everything else is more than (or least gives the impression) 20 years old. The fridge was so loud, and there was no real sound insulation for noises from the corridor, that I couldn't fall asleep without earplugs.
