Nice employees, but challenging property Although the room was "non-smoking", the smoky smell was pervasive. We could only stand it by keeping the windows open, which was noisy based on the location next to a highway. We were able to switch rooms for the second night, which was appreciated. The linen situation was challenging. Sheets and blanket for the sofa bed were not in the room, and we had to wait for the laundry to finish before making the bed at about 10:00pm. Comfy For the amount I paid it was worth it. Comfortable bed, more amenities than I needed, clean bathroom, and quick service. Very quiet and not in a busy part of town. With the amount you save you can grab something quick to eat at their grab and go breakfast area and walk to the wafflehouse that is less than 1/10 or a mile away.

Average hotel Pretty average hotel. When we checked in the front desk person was very rude. The "free breakfast" was just granola bars or muffins.

Convenient for flights out of KCI They were very accommodating to our travel plans. We were able to leave our car there while we took our trip
