Nice room. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Nice front desk people

The only positive is the location. Although the hotel claims to be renovated recently, the rooms I have seen have not been touched at least since 20 years. The newest item was the TV, everything else is more than (or least gives the impression) 20 years old. The fridge was so loud, and there was no real sound insulation for noises from the corridor, that I couldn't fall asleep without earplugs.

Good for the Price The room is small, but fairly clean. I prefer a bathroom door instead of a pocket door. They need to clean out the drawers. I don't like seeing hair, etc from other people if I go to use a drawer in the bathroom or kitchen area. They have bowls, etc, but you have to ask for them. No coffeemaker in the room, so you need to go to the common area when you just wake up (if you are like me) to get your coffee. Breakfast consists of coffee, instant oatmeal and muffins. An excellent place to stay We enjoyed are stay,employees at the counter wer very nice & pleasant they showed customers are #1
Next to home Check in was so easy. The rep was very warming. I'll definitely return.
Clean and convenient The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. Our first night had no problems and my brother was able to check in early. Our second night had one issue but was resolved quickly by the staff. The hotel is located close to the airport.
Very Nice Hotel Was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and was always able to get fresh towels. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Would stay there again.
Comfortable and great staff! The hotel was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed and got well needed rest. The staff, especially the gentleman who checked me in and helped me find a place to eat was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He made me feel taken care of and valued.
