not impressed at all I requested a non-smoking room, but it was not available, so that was a bummer, because it stunk in the room and in the hallway. The hallway air conditioner was broken the two days we stayed, so it was muggy and hot walking to and from the room. The hotel only offered paid services that other hotels offer for free (such as changing towels and sheets). The hotel expected the dishes to be washed, but didn't offer any dish soap, just a packet to put in the dishwasher--I didn't want to run the whole dishwash... read more

Not so good. Obvious smoking had occurred in a N/S room. Need more in the review, so i will write a bunch of nonsense here.

Business traveler beware When booking this i had no way of knowing this was an 'extended stay' hotel nor what that really meant. Wish I would have known there were nicer hotel accross the street! This was for a business trip and I felt like the accomodations would have been better suited for a camping trip. There were obviously people that live at this hotel. Constant smell of people cooking al kinds of food and/ or reheating leftovers. Wifi was added charge and was equivalent of dial up. No maid service. Advantage for an ou... read more

Not a good stay The room was smaller than expected. water leak by ac/ unit, wet carpet. clogged drain in shower. Noisy and busy in halls.

bad weekend I did not get the room I reserved. I ended up spending the weekend on a very small couch in the room. They made no effort to make concessions for the fact they didn't have the room I reserved and then they charged my card twice. Very incompetent staff

want a good nights sleep, then go somewhere else Booked non smoking with 2 beds, was assigned smoking with 2 beds. Assigned new room, took 3 tries to find a clean one, all had been marked as having been cleaned, but they were not. Room 204 had one bed and a fold out couch for 1 night.this room still had soap scum in the shower and toothpaste on the sink faucet. Good location for the airport The beds were not comfortable at all and when you turned over the beds made a loud noise. The beds at the Micotel down the road was superior to yours. The motel as a whole is in need of an update. Not what you see on line.

OK but would not choose again. Asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Bed was so creaky it was funny. Very uncomfortable bed. The room was clean. For the price you would think it would have included breakfast. Out door pool was nice.

BAD! The staff was friendly and the only reason I gave the "hotel service" 3 stars is because the manager gave us a coupon for a free night stay at any extended stay hotel (not that I would want to stay in one of these chains again though after this experience). The light flickered when we first went in the room for about 5 minutes. There was no hot water in the bathroom for about 5-10 minutes from running the faucet.
